The Boulevard Company celebrates 10 years!
This month The Boulevard Company celebrates 10 years of real estate business. Co-owners John Liberatos and Rebecca Linenger decided the best way to celebrate this milestone was by giving back to the community they serve. The Boulevard Company along with their in-house mortgage lender, Princeton Home Loans, hosted a party where The Boulevard agents could come and enjoy a food truck catered lunch and bring donations for East Cooper Community Outreach and Pet Helpers. The generosity John and Rebecca have shown to their community and agents over the past 10 years has really rubbed off on the Boulevard agents as they brought an overwhelming amount of donations!
The Boulevard Company is not a typical real estate brokerage, as they foster a collaborative and entrepreneurial environment where agents work together to achieve success. And the party was also anything but traditional as Broker-In-Charge John Liberatos dressed up as “Buddy the Elf” to spread some holiday cheer!

2023 10 Best Real Estate Agent
We are excited to share that Rebecca received the 2023 10 Best Real Estate Agent award for client satisfaction from the American Institute of Real Estate Professionals.
Chosen 2022 at Seacoast Church
Our team had lots of fun learning, worshiping, doing yoga, spending time with friends, getting "fairy hair," and even having the littlest team member join us one morning.

We had an amazing time at the Realtors of Distinction Awards Luncheon.
Rebecca received the Platinum award for being in the top 2% of agents and Courtney received the Silver award for being in the top 10% of agents!
40 Under 40 2021
Congratulations to our girl Courtney Yannitelli!
She was selected as one of Charleston’s Real Producers “Forty under 40!” for 2021
This award is given out to Realtors under 40 who are nominated by other Realtors in the community.
The competition was fierce with over 150 nominations, but it is no surprise to us that Courtney received multiple nominations. She works so hard to serve her clients, our team, and her family and is SO deserving of this!
We also had a blast celebrating her accomplishment at the 40 under 40 event ♡
