Rebecca Linenger

Rebecca Linenger is the owner of The Boulevard Company and one of the highest-producing real estate agents in Charleston with more than 20 years of experience. She has achieved the Realtor of Distinction award in the highest-producing category year after year and is regarded as the resident expert for sales/marketing masterminds among the Boulevard family.
Rebecca graduated from UNC Chapel Hill and began practicing real estate in 2006 after a successful career in Marketing and Business Development. Now she uses those skills to pour into her agents and clients! An active member in the community, Rebecca is heavily involved at Seacoast Church and volunteers with multiple ministries.
Rebecca lives on Daniel Island with her husband Aryn Linenger, owner of Blueprint Insurance Group, and their three children – Knox, Cora, and Maya. Oh - and their dog, bearded dragon and two bunnies. It is a lot of fun in the Linenger house!

Courtney has a passion for Real Estate that she has cultivated from years working within the industry. Her broad skill set gives her a competitive advantage in the field. With a degree in Historic Preservation and Community Planning, she has a love for the homes that make the Lowcountry so unique. Courtney has managed everything from historic renovations to some of the highest-profile communities in Charleston. As a formerly licensed insurance agent, she also has a comprehensive understanding on protecting her clients’ property. Placing her buyer clients in the perfect home and preparing her sellers to get top dollar is what she finds to be the most rewarding aspect of Real Estate. It is her dedication, exceptional communication skills and industry knowledge that makes her such an excellent agent. Courtney resides on James Island with her husband and their two daughters.

Anna is a proud Charleston native who brings a unique blend of local knowledge and professional expertise to the team. With a deep understanding of Charleston's neighborhoods and trends, Anna effortlessly guides clients through the intricate process of buying and selling homes. Anna initially served as the teams client liaison, ensuring that every transaction ran seamlessly behind the scenes. Her meticulous attention to detail and dedication to excellence made her an invaluable asset. She quickly got her real estate license and realized her passion was also helping clients buy and sell their homes - and hasn’t looked back. Anna has a degree in Marketing from Clemson University and has previously worked in communications and property management roles. She has lived in Mount Pleasant, Downtown and currently West Ashley.

DuPre is a Mount Pleasant native with a passion for creativity and organization. A Clemson University graduate, she earned a degree in Business Management with a minor in Visual Arts. DuPre began her career in marketing, where she developed strong communication skills and a knack for keeping projects on track. Now serving as The Rebecca Linenger Team Assistant, she plays a vital role in supporting the team in Charleston’s fast-paced real estate market. Her attention to detail and youthful energy help the team deliver exceptional service from the first showing to the final closing.
